About InterDataLink: We're a NYC-based managed IT services provider serving small and mid-sized businesses across the NY/NJ metro since 2009. We hire engineers and technicians who care about the work, communicate clearly, and treat clients well. Our team includes senior network engineers, cloud architects, cybersecurity specialists, and field technicians.

The Cybersecurity Analyst role is hybrid (mix of remote, on-site at our office, and client visits as appropriate). Reports to the Director of Engineering.

The Role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor security alerts and triage potential incidents 24/7
  • Investigate suspicious activity and conduct forensic analysis
  • Lead incident response for active security events
  • Configure and tune SIEM, EDR, and threat detection tools
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
  • Document findings and brief technical and non-technical stakeholders
You

Requirements

  • 3+ years in cybersecurity, SOC, or IR roles
  • Hands-on experience with EDR (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or similar)
  • Familiarity with frameworks: NIST, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK
  • Certifications a plus: Security+, CySA+, CEH, GCIH
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to obtain US security clearance preferred
Compensation

$85,000 - $115,000 based on experience

Plus health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, paid certifications, and flexible schedule.
