This notice explains what information the interdatalink.com website collects and how InterDataLink, Inc. ("InterDataLink," "we," "us") uses it. Information we handle while providing IT services to clients is covered by the agreements we have with those clients.
Information you give us
When you use our callback form, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, phone number, email address and message. When you use one of our estimate forms, we receive your name, your email address and the answers you choose. When you apply for a job through our form, we receive what you enter, including any resume you paste. When you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and what you tell us.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, prepare estimates and proposals, review job applications, provide the services you ask for, and keep normal business records. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers we use
- Cloudflare hosts and protects this website, runs our forms and provides our visit statistics.
- Resend delivers form messages to our inbox.
- Zoho Desk manages support tickets if you are a client and open a ticket with us.
- Our business email provider stores the messages we receive.
These providers process information on our behalf to deliver those services.
Information collected automatically
This website does not use advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies of its own. Its fonts and files are served from our own site. Like any website, it receives technical information from your browser, such as your IP address and browser type:
- Cloudflare processes this information to deliver the site and protect it from attacks, and may set cookies needed for that protection.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and page views so we can see how the site is used. According to Cloudflare, it does not use cookies or fingerprinting to collect these statistics.
- Cloudflare Turnstile is the verification box on our forms. It loads from Cloudflare when a form is shown and checks that the form is being sent by a person, using technical information from your browser.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to our Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube, and to vendor documentation. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep information
We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep normal business records, and then delete them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you have sent us by contacting us through our contact form or by phone at 212-920-9466. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
