Do you configure the replacement, or just swap the hardware?

We configure it. For a switch, we copy your existing configuration, including VLANs and port settings, onto the replacement and test it before we leave.

Do I need a contract?

No. Break-fix is billed hourly, starting at $150/hr. If emergencies keep happening, our managed IT plans are designed to prevent them.

What's the cutoff for same-day service?

Call by 4 PM for a same-day on-site visit. Break-fix emergencies are handled 7 days a week, including Sundays, and evening visits are available when needed. Our office hours are Mon–Fri 9am–9pm and Sat 9am–4pm. Same-day replacement depends on having the part on hand; we keep replacement switches in stock.

Do you keep replacement hardware on hand?

Yes. We stock replacement hardware for common failures such as switches, so we can arrive with the part.
