Yes. We typically do cabling and rack work nights and weekends to minimize disruption. We coordinate with your operations team.

Cat6a supports 10 Gigabit at 100m and is the safer long-term bet for new installs. Cat6 is fine for shorter runs (under 55m) and 1 Gigabit speeds.

Power distribution within racks: yes. New circuits or panel work: we coordinate with licensed electricians, but they do the wiring.
