Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate IT rollout initiatives across multiple client sites. As a Project Manager – IT Rollouts, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT infrastructure and software deployments. You will collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure timelines, budgets, and technical requirements are met with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and deliver IT rollout projects, including hardware deployments, network installations, system upgrades, and software implementations.
  • Define project scopes, goals, milestones, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources, including engineers, vendors, and client IT personnel, to meet project objectives.
  • Track project progress using project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models).
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
  • Communicate project updates, status reports, and potential roadblocks to internal leadership and client stakeholders regularly.
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and resource allocations effectively to support project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct post-rollout reviews to document lessons learned, evaluate outcomes, and recommend process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in IT rollouts or infrastructure deployments.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems including networking, desktop services, servers, cloud platforms, and endpoint devices.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or Trello.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and work in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification.
  • Experience managing enterprise-wide IT deployments across multiple locations.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices or service management tools.
  • Hands-on technical background or understanding of common IT infrastructure components.
